And we need people like you to make it happen.Job SummaryWe are looking for a driven Business Expert BEX with project, account management or Customer Service skills to join the Sales Management team. You will drive the implementation of SalesForce, Customer Experience and Sales capability improvement. Your responsibility includes sales management process improvements and account management.In this role, you will report to Sales Director and working together with all sales resources across packaging, processing and service businesses. Drive Improvements - local and global rollouts

- Drive focus on building S&CM process, capability, tools & data by setting ambitions linked to market needs, agreed action plan & milestone review (lead/ lag indicator)
- Define & follow up on annual target for each process KPIs and proactively drive actions for improvement
Build frontline capability and be first line of support for end-users:
- Be the local centre of excellence for assigned sales processes via Account Planning & Management, Value Selling, Sales forecasting, CRM and/ or coordination for B2Bi, Master Data quality etc
- Drive adoption of process, tools and report by training and supporting the end-users
- Best practice sharing with the global network and bringing the good practices to local market
Drive Improvements - local and global rollouts
- Coordinate raising and closure of tickets related to sales processes, tools, data etc
- Conduct maturity assessment, align with local and central team on gaps and improvement actions and end-user training support, where required
- Collect end-user feedback and channelise continuous improvement requirements
- 3 years of commercial experience or Customer Service ideally within the food and/or liquid food industry.
- Good understanding of Sales-and-Customer Management process.
- Very good knowledge of Sales-And-Customer Management systems and master data (mainly SAP, CX master data app, CRM), ability and willingness to work with data maintenance, understanding of sales forecasting and pricing maintenance, ability to work with IT team.
- A bachelor’s degree or similar, or a completed apprenticeship with a successful track record in agile working
- Good communication, presentation and project management skills.
- Good customer understanding and drive to support the sales teams.
- You are result oriented, driven and can inspire and motivate others.
- You are fluent in English, both written and spoken. French, Dutch would be a plus.
