Business Controller

A dynamic and growing retail company is seeking an innovative Business Controller to join their team on a permanent basis. The main goal of this position is to ensure optimal financial control and strategic support for business performance across operations. Duties: Manage and oversee the financial control function across multiple business units. Develop and implement budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis processes. Provide strategic financial insights to support key decision-making. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies. Collaborate with operations, marketing, and sales teams to optimize financial performance. Monitor and report on KPIs, identifying areas for improvement. Support the implementation of financial systems and controls. Qualifications & Skills: BCom Degree in Accounting/Finance or related field. Completed articles (SAICA/SAIPA preferred).
