Job Description

As a digital product owner within the digital marketing team, your primary responsibility is to establish and drive the strategic vision for our CRM products, ensuring their continuous growth and optimal performance. Leveraging your strong problem-solving abilities and exceptional communication skills, you will effectively engage and align stakeholders, while overseeing smooth daily operations. With your digital expertise and agile approach, you’ll identify our business needs and enhance our CRM products, delivering superior user experiences through digital innovation. YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO: Be a key actor in the digital evolution of a global company Collaborate with a passionate, highly skilled digital team Maintain strong relationships with internal clients and external partners Identify opportunities for efficiency, acquisition, and conversion performance improvements Stay updated with digital industry trends and best practices YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING FORMATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE: Define the product vision, prioritize features, manage the backlog (using JIRA), write user stories, advocate for UX, and plan releases. Establish product KPIs and success metrics; monitor performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive enhancements. Develop business cases for the product roadmap and define customer and business KPIs. Work within a Salesforce/Adobe Campaign technical environment. Write UAT criteria and oversee the UAT process. Serve as a liaison between business needs and technical teams (including tech leads and developers). At least five years of experience as a Product Owner in CRM. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, with a focus on digital, marketing, communications, or a related field. Knowledge of databases, APIs, and system interoperability. A data-driven, value-oriented team player with strong communication skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proven ability to multitask in a deadline-driven environment. High integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation. Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including those outside Quebec or English-only speakers.
