Salesforce Consultant - Pure-Player Consulting - Advisory and Client Facing Role

Cloudway Talent has recently partnered with a leading, fast-growing Salesforce Pure-Player in Paris.

They are a specialised consulting firm, focused on the implementation of Salesforce technology within Retail, Luxury, Manufacturing and Industrial Sectors. They are a young company that has grown to over 70 employees worldwide, making them one of the best places to work in Paris.

They are based in Central Paris, and value both remote-work flexibility and a healthy in-office balance.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with clients to really get to the bottom of their problems and issues to understand the challenges they face, and turn these into new ideas and solutions based around Salesforce.com technology
• Turn these requirements into functional and technical documentation, and manage the implementation process with the development and configuration teams
• Work as a liaison and conduit between the client and the development/technical teams, providing guidance and challenging design decisions
• Participate in workshop processes and contribute to position papers on certain topics and issues
• Participate in the pre-sales cycle for new projects and support/mentor junior colleagues

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Techno-Functional Consultant with a strong track record of successful implementations.
• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other relevant modules.
• Strong "consulting skills" with relevant experience working in workshops, managing projects, writing documentation, liaising with clients, building out ideas and writing position papers
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
