Job Description

About the Role:


Within CBRE Design & Project Project Management department (advice, development and project management solutions for our investor, owner and corporate clients), our Technical Audit France department works with investors and corporate users, in synergy with the group's other business lines (transaction consulting, valuation, facility management, property management, etc.) to carry out audits on the condition of HVAC equipment for clients.


You'll mainly work on office buildings, logistics warehouses, commercial buildings, hotels and residential buildings. Your customers will be national and international key accounts so the majority of the deliverables are to be written in English.


What You'll Do:


  • Carry out audits of the condition of HVAC equipment (heating, ventilation, air conditioning) and propose replacement solutions if necessary (with costing of the work).
  • Carry out missions to assess the compliance of real estate with the obligations of the Tertiary Decree
  • This will involve advising our customers on the work to be carried out as part of the obligations to reduce energy consumption for the 2030, 2040 and 2050 deadlines.
  • These missions are part of the assignment of sale/acquisition audits or technical audits for users.
  • Write detailed reports, reports, and quantified evaluations of restoration, compliance or optimization work on real estate assets.


What You’ll Need:

  • Engineering background, with between 2 to 3 years of experience, ideally in a design office specializing in energy, and you have good experience in HVAC technical equipment.
  • You are looking for a permanent contract that is motivating and that will allow you to see and measure directly the impact of your work on our clients' projects.

  • Autonomy and ability to work both individually and in a team
  • Strength of proposal, interpersonal skills, empathy, ability to convince, dynamism
  • Good communication skills both English and French, oral and written
  • Excellent MS office skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
