Junior Strategic Business Partner

Unlimitail is a joint venture between Carrefour and Publicis groups, with the aim of becoming the leader of the retail media market in Europe and LATAM. By combining the power of Carrefour Links' in-store and e-commerce assets and traffic with Publicis Citrus Ad by Epsilon's on-site and off-site retail media technologies, Unlimitail aims to become the leading retail media player in Continental Europe and South America for in-store and digital channels. In addition to the 13 additional partners announced at the Vivatech launch, Unlimitail has a strong ambition and business plan to welcome many more retailers to its retail media platform.

Job Description:

To support its growth, Unlimitail is looking for a Junior Strategic Business Partner:

You will support our relationship with one of our key partners: Carrefour, for which we sell and operate Retail Media campaigns with advertisers (mostly CPGs brands whose products are sold by Carrefour).

Your role will be to support and facilitate the success of our collaboration today and tomorrow. You will need to both:

• Build a close relationship with Carrefour’s main stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure these are met (i.e., in Business & operational delivery), but also work with them to ensure conditions are met on their end for our sales and operational teams to deliver the business.
• Connect with Unlimitail’s various departments (e.g., Sales, Product, Operations, Finance, Legal) to understand their needs to deliver the business and strive to enable their success, with Carrefour. You will also need to lead and manage projects (relative to sales, product, etc.) to ensure our teams and Carrefour’s teams move in the right direction.

Activities:

1. Regularly connect with Carrefour to understand their needs and suggest ways for improvement.
2. Deep-dive and own high-impact projects to ensure they move in the right direction (e.g., making the case for a review of the website/app’s zoning might require quantitative analyses and strong collaboration with both Carrefour and Unlimitail teams; supporting our sales mega deals might require a close-collaboration with some departments at Carrefour)
3. Orchestrate the relationship and interactions between our relevant departments and Carrefour, ensuring excellent outcomes are smoothly delivered and satisfactory to all parties.

Qualifications:

We are looking for a Junior Strategic Business Partner who has the following skills, knowledge, and experience:

Degree:

1. Master's degree in Business, Social Sciences or Engineering
2. From a top business or engineering school is a plus

Experience:

1. 1-3 years of experience in project management or consulting projects
2. Consulting background (Strategy or Management) with knowledge about the Retail Industry is highly appreciated.

Skills:

1. Perfectly fluent in French and English, Spanish is highly appreciated
2. Strong problem-solving skills and rigor
3. Polyvalent & analytical and synthetic mindset (i.e., a bit of Excel modeling, preparing Executive-level presentations)
4. Stakeholder management, change management, interpersonal and project management skills
5. Leadership and autonomy
