Sommelier H/F

Le Grand Chef Mauro COLAGRECO, trois étoiles au Guide Michelin, recherche un sommelier pour compléter son équipe.

Vous assurez avec rigueur et sens de l'organisation les mises en place.
Vous conseillez et vendez les vins ainsi que les autres boissons, participez aux différentes élaborations d'accords mets & vins avec les équipes, et êtes à l'aise avec le client.
Vous participez aux inventaires, à la gestion des stocks.

Vous êtes reconnu comme un professionnel confirmé, autonome, flexible, doté d'une grande capacité d'adaptation. L'élégance, la discrétion, la rigueur et le sens de l'organisation feront partie des clés de votre succès dans ces postes.

Idéalement issus d'une formation hôtelière, nos futurs talents ont :

* Une excellente présentation,
* Des connaissances approfondies de l'accueil, du service et du travail en salle,
* Un sens très poussé du service client,
* Une expérience sur le même poste en restaurant étoilé exigée,
* Une maîtrise de l'anglais (exigée, une deuxième langue étrangère serait un plus).

Michelin-starred Grand Chef Mauro COLAGRECO is looking for a sommelier to join his team.

You will be responsible for setting up the restaurant with rigour and a sense of organisation.
You will advise on and sell wines and other beverages, participate in the various food and wine pairings with the teams, and be at ease with customers.
You will be involved in stock-taking and stock management.

You will be recognised as an experienced, autonomous and flexible professional with great adaptability. Elegance, discretion, thoroughness and organisational skills will be key to your success in these positions.

Ideally trained in hotel management, our future talents have :

Excellent presentation,
In-depth knowledge of reception, service and front-of-house work,
A strong sense of customer service,
Experience in the same position in a Michelin-starred restaurant is required,
Fluency in English (required, a second foreign language would be a plus).
