Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and looking for an exciting opportunity to make an impact? Our client is seeking experienced Customer Service Agents to join their dynamic team based in Brackenfell. Responsibilities: Handle customer interactions across multiple channels, including voice, email, and live chat Resolve customer queries efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism Ensure first contact resolution by troubleshooting issues and providing accurate information Update internal systems and escalate issues where necessary Drive customer satisfaction by delivering a positive and helpful service experience Meet service level agreements and performance targets Key Requirements: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role, with a proven track record of success Prior experience as a 2IC (Second-in-Command) or Team Leader is highly desirable Matric qualification (Grade 12) is essential Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Proficiency in Microsoft O365 and the ability to navigate various systems effectively Problem-solving abilities with attention to detail and a customer-first attitude Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Must be comfortable working shifts, Monday to Sunday between 08:00 and 20:00 Preferred Attributes: Experience in roles dealing with escalations and complex issues Ambitious, articulate, and a team player with a passion for customer service
