Job Description

Manpower S.r.l. is recruiting candidates to join the Customer Care Team in the e-commerce sector for one of our client companies, with fluent knowledge of English and Portuguese at a C1 level. Location: Milan MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Respond to chats, emails, and phone calls. Ensure professional, accurate, and timely responses to customer inquiries. Manage the acquisition and processing of customer orders and requests. Handle and resolve complaints. Document and record customer management information in the dedicated system. REQUIREMENTS: A degree or diploma, preferably in a language-related field. Excellent PC skills. Fluent knowledge of English and Portuguese at a C1 level. Knowledge of a third language will be considered a plus. WHAT WE OFFER: After a paid 7-day in-person training course, we offer a part-time job opportunity of 30 hours per week under a temporary employment contract, with a work schedule spread over 5 days, from Monday to Saturday.
