Warehouse Administrator

Duties: Quote and invoice for all deliveries done by the drivers. Technical travel for technicians is billed where necessary. Capture and analyze the technicians kilometer claims. Attend to customers'''' queries telephonically and via e-mail address. Update all jobs on Enterprise including all details. Close job cards on Enterprise. Submit weekly and/or monthly packs. Ensure calls are accurately closed within SLA. Establish and maintain a healthy and professional relationship with customers and all suppliers. Submit reports as required. Conduct weekly car inspections. Responsible for all vehicles i.e. booking of services, license disks, etc. Services for vehicles cannot be missed. Capture details of outlook accurately. Dispatch technician within SLA timeframes. Plan routes to reduce km and cost. Prepare and distribute quotes for all repairs done by the technicians/engineers. Update and capture job cards on Enterprise accurately and timeously. Capture the stock data onto the database and ensure stock counts happen when required. Any other lawful and reasonable instruction issued by Management. Any other ad-hoc duties that you may be asked to do from time to time. Ensure the technicians abide by a 60% or higher score on the CarTrack report. Ensure the warehouse is clean and tidy and according to standard. Submit petty cash on time and correctly. Log your calls for clients, the App Sheet needs to be checked every 2 hours so that reference numbers can be submitted as a reference for calls logged. This needs to be closed off within 2 hours of the call having been logged by the client. Log your calls for Unilever on the Dashboard, this needs to be checked every 2 hours so that reference numbers can be submitted as a reference for calls logged. This needs to be closed off within 2 hours of the information appearing on the Dashboard. Draft schedules and routes for Engineers and Technicians to maximize time and income. Drive income-based planning. Plan routes efficiently to reduce km/call. Management and/or superiors may from time to time assign additional duties to you that must be carried out in a professional working manner.
