Due to the brands phenomenal success, there is now an opportunity to join the team to drive the out of home channel.


This is a great opportunity to join one of the first mainstream CBD companies in the UK and help them to disrupt the alcohol, sugar and caffeine industries to revolutionise health and wellbeing. Goodrays are redefining the CBD category by creating and delivering the most innovative, effective and beautiful CBD products, to people who want to improve their wellbeing.


Goodrays are looking for an energetic, organised and entrepreneurial Out of Home National Account Executive to join their all-star team to gain listings, drive volume and brand awareness in 2024 and into the future.


What will my key accountabilities be?


  • Implement the OOH sales strategies for QSR, B&I, Contract Caterers, Restaurant & Bar chains and the Health sector
  • Support the OOH lead with promotional activations, events, depot visits and any other required in field support
  • Create and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and business objectives
  • Negotiate terms, pricing and promotional activities with key accounts to maximise profitability and market penetration, under senior guidance and training
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, logistics, and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of account strategies
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential and existing clients both virtually and physically, balancing time between office requirements and time in the field
  • Track and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to senior management
  • Attend trade shows, industry events and networking opportunities to represent the company and build industry connections.
  • Support sampling and activation across the UK at targeted, strategic consumer events including health and fitness events, outdoor events and music and culture events.


Who will I be working with?


Reporting into the OOH Channel Lead and working closely with the wider sales & marketing team and the customer base

  • Minimum 1+ years sales and account management experience, ideally within a challenger FMCG business. Experience of dealing with OOH customers would be a distinct advantage
