Our client is a national insurance law firm who are currently recruiting NQ-2 years PQE EL/PL lawyers to handle a fast-track caseload of defendant EL/PL files in their Liverpool city centre office. Your new role

This EL/PL Lawyer position will see you handle a caseload of litigated employer's and public liability files valued up to £25,000 on behalf of a number of insurer clients. You will be expected to assess liability and quantum and deal with disclosure.



What you'll need to succeed

You must have experience handling your own litigated caseload of EL/PL files valued up to £25,000. You should be qualified with 0-2 years PQE, however, this is to be used as a guide and those falling out of this range are encouraged to apply. Good communication and IT skills are essential. This role is open to those from claimant or defendant backgrounds.
