Associate Director, Quantity Surveying

Opportunity to join a UK top 15 construction consultancy as an Associate Quantity Surveyor, leading a highly successful team within a non-corporate and client focused role.

About the Role

The is a fantatstic opportunity to work in a small close knit team delivering a client focuse service, on a diverse portfolio of projects. You will be responsible for a team of 5 quantity surveyors, delegating work, mentoring them tjrough their apc and managing stakeholder relationships. The project portfolio is nicely diverse, through commercial, science, parking and asssociated infrastructure. Project vales range from £2m through to £60m and are procured via NEC 4.

About You

• MRICS chartered status
• Quantity Surveying degree
• Construction Consultancy background
• Significant experience within the built environment.
• Experience leading/supporting a team of Quantity Surveyors
• Comfortable managing projects and colleagues
• Experience managing and developing relationships with clients
