You will get a chance to work in different pastry sections from Afternoon Tea, desserts, chocolate and sugar workshops, as well as our very own and unique Cakes & Bubbles restaurant, which offers a selection of sweet creations from a famed chef Albert Adria learn his signature 'cheese cake' , egg flan, air waffle and more.

We are looking for a passionatePastry Sous Chefto join our team,you will become part of a special kitchen team that engages with our guests through the creation of sumptuous culinary delights. Providing fine, yet unobtrusive service is an art and you will be on hand to help our Pastry Head chef guide our team through the process. Passion, knowledge and confidence are required trademarks for this position to successfully master the elegant delivery of our products and services.
