This well-established French brasserie which is located in central London is seeking the talents of an experienced Junior Sous Chef to join its stable brigade. You will be creating modern eclectic French cuisine with a regularly changing menu and you will be working with the best seasonal produce. You will be working alongside a very talented Head Chef who has trained under some of the best chefs in the world.
