Job Description

This well-established French brasserie which is located in central London is seeking the talents of an experienced Junior Sous Chef to join its stable brigade. You will be creating modern eclectic French cuisine with a regularly changing menu and you will be working with the best seasonal produce. You will be working alongside a very talented Head Chef who has trained under some of the best chefs in the world.

Junior Sous Chef As Junior Sous Chef I would expect you to have excellent communication skills, strong leadership skills and a keen eye for detail. You should have experience in all aspects of kitchen management such as, menu writing and costing, stock taking, rotas, cleaning schedules and dealing with suppliers.
