An SIA licence is essential for this role.

• Efficiently manage the Soft Services contracts, ensuring top-tier service delivery across cleaning, security, and other soft services.
• Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of all team members, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Ensure the contract is compliant with industry regulations and aligned with commercial objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, delivering clear communication and addressing issues proactively.
• Manage day-to-day operations, including staffing, financial oversight, and reporting, while ensuring the team meets service level agreements (SLAs).
• Drive performance excellence by leading the Security & Cleaning teams, ensuring best-in-class customer service and feedback.
• Spearhead contract supervision, ensuring alignment between service providers, clients, and stakeholders.
• Lead the team through emergency planning, risk assessments, and Health & Safety compliance.
• Ensure all incidents are logged and managed effectively, maintaining high standards of team conduct, safety, and presentation.

• Previous Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a Soft Services Management role, ideally in a high-end retail or similar environment.
• Leadership Qualities: Enthusiastic, motivational, and proactive, with a commitment to excellence and a proven ability to inspire teams.
• Problem-Solving Ability: Resourceful and creative, able to tackle challenges head-on and deliver proactive solutions.
• Commercial Awareness: Strong understanding of managing commercial budgets and delivering cost-effective solutions.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and oral communication, with a proven track record of presenting information at a senior level and building relationships with stakeholders.
• Health & Safety Knowledge: Familiarity with Health & Safety policies, with a focus on creating and maintaining a safe working environment.
• Organized & Efficient: Able to prioritize effectively, manage multiple tasks, and consistently meet targets
