The Role

Working for an established and well-respected Retail/Event Caterer, we are recruiting for an Assistant Manager to lead the restaurant this highly popular visitor attraction offering daytime dining across a number of outlets.

Assisting the General Manager as part of a small management team, the Assistant Manager will be responsible for ensuring service standards and financial performance of this very high volume operation.

Working at pace within daytime hours, the Assistant Manager should be highly organised and able to predict seasonal changes in demand.

The Candidate

To be considered for this role, candidates should have a supervisory or junior management background within a high volume, good quality catering operation such as visitor attractions, garden centres or food-led destination pubs.
