Join our rapidly growing and diverse Consumer Healthcare team, where you will contribute to the success of a wide-ranging product portfolio, including OTC, dermatology, household cleaning, and vitamin and mineral supplements. Role Purpose:

The National Account Executive role offers an ideal opportunity to gain valuable experience with the potential for future development into National Account Management. Reporting to the International Channel Controller, you will support our International, Grocery, and Pharmacy channels to drive sales growth and execute successful customer sales plans. While primarily office-based, you will have the chance to engage in face-to-face customer visits, store audits and manage some smaller UK and Export accounts. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Taking ownership of customer P&Ls, creating and aligning joint business plans where necessary to drive sales.
  • Monitoring investment spend vs budgets.
  • Executing customer forecasting.
  • Project management of international launches, product updates and regulatory requests, including owning the internal processes to drive these tasks.
  • Customer account and internal administration.
  • Compile EPOS sales reviews, stock in trade reports and retrieving reports from retailer portals.
  • Collaborating with internal business functions such as Marketing, Export Logistics, Customer Experience, Supply Chain and Finance to ensure continuous efficient supply of goods.

  • Full UK Driving licence.
  • Some customer facing experience in either a commercial sales or customer account management role.
  • An analytic mindset with good Excel and Powerpoint skills.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills with the ability to build strong partnerships, work collaboratively and support the successful achievement of sales and profit targets.
