Key Responsibilities:

Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.

Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth.

Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.

Train and mentor the sales team to improve performance.

Manage inventory and maintain optimal stock levels.

Monitor performance and analyse sales data to optimize results.

Manage trade stock Sales

Assisting ang guiding the dealers marketing operation

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Car Sales Manager or in a similar role.

Strong leadership and sales expertise.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Proficient in CRM systems and office software.

Willingness to work flexible hours.
