As Chef de Partie, you'll be a crucial part of this established kitchen team, assisting in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes crafted from locally sourced ingredients. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about the culinary arts and eager to contribute to a menu that respects tradition while embracing innovation.

Ideal Profile:

• Experience as a Chef de Partie in a high end environment, preferably in a Hotel
• Passionate about cooking with a desire to grow your knowledge and skills
• A team player who is adaptable to varying work hours and shift patterns
• Proficient in maintaining high standards of kitchen hygiene and food safety
• Able to remain calm under pressure and efficient in problem-solving
• Committed to personal and professional development, with a keen interest in culinary trends

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of diverse and high-quality dishes
• Collaborate with the Executive Chef and Head Chef to manage kitchen operations, ensuring efficient service and exceptional food quality
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the kitchen, adhering to health and safety standards
• Engage in daily kitchen tasks such as food preparation, storage, and inventory management
• Support other kitchen staff during peak times, fostering a collaborative and professional kitchen environment
