Reporting Analyst

Duties of the Reporting/ Data Analyst:

• Loggingforecasts provided by sales team.
• Providing regular updates and status updates to clients.
• Identify impacts on demands of products and liaise with the Purchasing Managers as necessary.
• Maintain and manage forecasts for manual entries.
• Support customer service enquiries.
• Support the process, as required, with back-order reporting, stock destruction and forecasting activities always ensuring compliance of relevant SOPs.
• Facilitate the return of stock to the relevant manufacturer in line with company SOPs as required.
• Liaise with the team to discuss department priorities and workload and support each other to provide the best possible service to the business
• Work closely with other departments to ensure that all internal and external customers receive a high level of service. Key departments include Warehouse, Finance and Customer Support
• Prepare reports and KPIs as requested to support.
• Complete monthly KPIs and SLAs for analysis
• Review existing processes and implement improvements with agreement of and direction from the Purchasing Manager

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and have experience with an ERP systemSkills and Requirements:

• IT Literate
• Great communication skills
• Good knowledge of Excel
• Previous experience in a process driven and regulated environment
• Ability to analyse data

Additional Information:

• Fixed term contract till June 2025
• Monday to Friday
• 09.00 - 17.00
• £28,000 - £30,000 Per Annum, dependent on experience.
