Interim Service Delivery Manager

We are a group of companies working in the legal, accident management and healthcare sectors currently looking for an Interim Head of Service Delivery to join us on a 3 month contract basis.

The purpose of the role is the strategic and tactical management of the delivery of IT Services to the Examworks UK Group; including support, infrastructure and disaster recovery.

Responsibilities included will be:

Looking after the IT Strategy, Service delivery management, IT Team management, Infrastructure management, Security and compliance, Telephony management, Programme management, project management, Business Continuity planning, Procurement, Group IT Management and budget management.

What we are looking for;

Knowledge of the following:

Detailed technical knowledge of IT infrastructure implementation, Microsoft operating platforms and Security technologies\threats

Experience of:

• Solid experience of managing an IT Service or infrastructure operation
• ITIL v3 Foundation
• MCSE
• Prince2
• Degree or equivalent
