Job description:

For the Nylon Polymer business, we are looking for an enthusiastic and entrepreneurial individual to join our customer experience team on a full-time basis and who will thrive within our Principle-Based Management culture.

  • Be responsible for the end-to-end order fulfilment process within our Nylon Upstream business.
  • Be the customer facing representative on all supply chain activities, developing strong relationships with your customer counterparts and stakeholders
  • Gather customer insights, identify and capture profitable opportunities that create mutually beneficial outcomes for our us and our customers.
  • Manage customer purchase orders and collaborating with stakeholders globally to ensure we can deliver on time and in full.
  • Utilize tools such as SAP ERP, Salesforce and PowerBi to manage your customer orders and supply chain requirements.
  • Transform how work is accomplished to create superior value for the customer be solving their unmet needs.
Required profile:

We are seeking candidates who can pro-actively demonstrate critical and economic thinking, take the initiative and have a contribution mindset to give Invista competitive advantage in the market, someone who can prioritize their workload according to value and will excel at identifying and capturing process improvements whilst embracing existing and emerging technologies.

  • Experience in Account Management / Supply Chain / Customer Service / Logistics
  • Good communication skills and the ability to articulate and present point of view to a group of stakeholders
