In this role, youll work towards your IT Support Technician Level 3 qualification, guided by expert training from Baltic Apprenticeships.

A Typical Day in the Job:

• Solve IT problems and provide exceptional customer service to clients.
• Assist senior technicians with troubleshooting challenging technical issues.
• Gain hands-on experience with networking by working on infrastructure projects.
• Collaborate daily with other IT technicians to ensure smooth operations.
• Conduct network troubleshooting and diagnostic activities to maintain system efficiency.
• Assist in implementing and maintaining IT security measures to protect client data.
• Perform routine network and server maintenance tasks, including updates and patching.

Salary, Hours & Benefits:

• £18,000 per annum.
• Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week.
• 28 days of annual leave, including bank holidays, with additional days added for years of service.

• Knowledge of Microsoft products like Windows, 365, Azure (Desirable)
• Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, gather information, and provide solutions for a diverse range of technical problems (Desirable)
• Grade 4/C in Maths and 5/C in English GCSE
