Essential Requirements:
- Attention to detail
- Strong Customer Service Experience
- Good communication skills to communicate with support personnel, customers, and managers
- One or more years of experience with computer systems or computer security background
- Good organization skills to balance and prioritize work, and multitask
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot systems problems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to be dynamic across business needs
Preferred Skills:
- Experience using Incident Management Toolsets
- Experience with MS Office Products
- ITIL Preferred
- Virtual working environment
