Position: Band-6 Mental Health Practitioner
Hours: 37 hours per week (Part-time available)
Start Date: Immediate
End Date: 12 Weeks
Shifts: Mon-Fri, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Flexible)
Location: Tameside

Responsibilities:

• Assess and prioritise patient appointments
• Provide urgent mental health assessments
• Create management plans and referrals
• Conduct brief crisis interventions and psychological support
