Salary: Up to £35k per annum

Location: Reading - Onsite 3 days a week (Hybrid)

A leading organisation in the Reading area area requires a Desktop Support Analyst to join its fantastic growing team.

Ideal candidates will have the following:

• Proven experience in support: MS Office Suite, Office 365 and Windows 10/11, Networking (DNS Administration)
• Excellent interpersonal skills or prior experience in a customer service role
• 2nd/3rd Line support role experience
• Experience with a ticketing system (Desired)
