We are looking for a partner who is passionate about delivering impeccable food and service to our guests. This pub is all about an exceptional visit for every guest, delighting each one through consistency. The Travellers would suit an operator who has delivered a volume premium offering previously.

This pub forms part of the fabric of the local community and so, alongside providing a great dining experience is the need for intuitive hosting skills. The ability to nurture repeat custom is an absolute must.

It is imperative that our next partner has the confidence to recruit and engage a winning kitchen and FOH team to deliver our menu consistently.

The Pub

This pub has a wonderful guest experience as customers flow through the business from the bar area to dining. We also have a large car park and fantastic external areas ripe for those long hazy summer BBQs or village fetes.

The Travellers is used as a community hub for the rural residents nearby. The main bulk of business comes from the seven thousand plus residents of surrounding conurbations. Within a ten-minute drive we have the residential areas of Layland, Euxton, Buckshawe Village and Eccleston. It is imperative therefore that the pub markets to these localities. Whilst just over a ten-minute drive away, the town of Chorley represents an incredible opportunity to recruit yet more guests and build a fantastic reputation.
