The role

We are recruiting for the role of Luxury Central Support Advisor to join our Gallery Services team based at our Head Office at the Mailbox, Birmingham.

Key Responsibilities

  • Point of contact for Regional Area Directors and Galleries within their region
  • Working closely with Regional Area Directors to deliver the company guidelines on gallery curation/display and supporting sales via central location
  • Proactively supporting sales and actively seeking further sales opportunities on an area and one to one basis
  • Primary decision maker in ordering and placement of art within your region of galleries
  • Provide sales enquiry support nationally
  • Work closely with Head of Gallery Services and provide summary of sales and forward planning on a regular basis
  • Provide support for artist launches and national events
  • Recommend process improvements
  • Liaising with other departments (for both solutions and gallery needs)

The role is full time and permanent, working 37.5 hours per week Monday to Sunday, 5 days out of 7. Please note this role does not benefit from hybrid working.

Requirements

  • Experience in an administrative role would be preferred
  • Willingness to problem solve and demonstrate initiative and thinking creatively
  • Strong communication skills
  • Results focused with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Client first focus
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise effectively
  • Awareness and ability to react well to urgent requests without compromising on accuracy
  • Time management and the ability to organise workload for best results
  • Experience in using Microsoft packages especially Excel. Word and Outlook
  • Strong ability to build working relationships
  • Ability to listen, reflect and be part of the discussion on solutions and opportunities
  • Ability to use natural resilience to achieve work priorities
