The Company

Oscar Enterprise have partnered with a growing financial services company who are Manchester based and looking to expand an arm of the business with a new SaaS product. This cutting edge start-up are looking for an ambitious Customer Success Manager to join their growing team.

The Role

You will be working within a small team focusing on their new SaaS product and be responsible for managing customers post sale, being the main point of contact for support, training, queries and improving customers overall experience.

The Requirements

• B2B Customer Success experience with Financial SaaS required.
• Proven record of building relationships and being main point of contact for customer accounts.
• Motivated individual with customer facing experience
• Outgoing and proactive individual.
