OVERVIEW:

As the Analyst, Customer Strategy, you will be at the forefront of translating our customer data into actionable insights that drive our customer experience and strategic initiatives. Positioned within the Customer Strategy & Experience team, you will leverage your analytical expertise and strategic thinking to shape customer-centric decisions across the organization. Your role will involve deep analysis of customer behaviors and trends, effective storytelling through data visualization, and managing key projects to enhance our customer strategies.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  1. Customer Analysis & Insights:
    • Dive into customer data to identify key trends and behaviors, crafting strategic recommendations that inform decisions across customer experience, digital platforms, stores, and marketing efforts.
    • Synthesize complex customer data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions and improve customer interactions
    • Support key deliverables such as the Monthly Customer Scorecard, Monthly Customer Voice report, and Store Visit One-Pagers, in addition to ad hoc analyses.
  2. Data Visualization & Reporting:
    • Design and coordinate visually engaging presentations that transform intricate data findings into clear, actionable insights for stakeholder and executive meetings.
    • Produce detailed reports from raw data sets to support and advance customer strategy initiatives.
    • Partner with Data Analytics to build and refine dashboards using tools like Tableau and Power BI to effectively communicate customer insights.
  3. Research Support:
    • Assist in the development and execution of proprietary research projects, including managing research vendors, sweepstakes, and survey programming.
    • Support the creation of research methodologies and tools to gather relevant customer data and insights.
  4. Project Management:
    • Lead and oversee projects related to customer strategy, from inception to execution, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
    • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define project scope, develop timelines, assign deliverables, and monitor progress.
    • Address any project issues and ensure timely and effective delivery of outcomes.


QUALIFICATIONS:
  • We encourage candidates with either a bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field to apply
  • 2-3 years of relevant market research and/or data analytics experience - preferably for a retail-driven organization
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Expertise in querying, analyzing, and visualizing big datasets via a combination of writing SQL code and building dashboards using data visualization tools including Tableau and Power BI.
  • Demonstrated success in translating research findings and data analyses into actionable strategies through strong storytelling and PowerPoint/design skills
  • Must be able to draw conclusions from large and seemingly ambiguous data sets.
  • Strong interest in and knowledge of the fashion industry - either personal or professional
  • Strong written, verbal and analytical skills, as well as interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability to work collaboratively in team environment
  • Proactive self-starter with ability to work independently and creatively solve problems.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and creating processes in complex environments to drive customer centric thinking
