They are seeking an experienced and dynamic Financial Manager to join their executive team. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Financial Leadership: Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives. Financial Planning and Analysis: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling to support decision-making processes. Financial Reporting: Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements. Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. Prior experience in the automotive retail industry or a related sector is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting standards, and compliance requirements. Proven track record in strategic planning, financial analysis, and risk management. Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
