Job Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales associate to join our team in the luxury handbag department.

The candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, product knowledge and sales techniques to drive sales and maximize revenue.

The ideal candidate must have a strong background in English language as well as experience in luxury merchandising and presentation of bags in store.

Excellent client relation’s skills are necessary.

Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service and product knowledge to clients (including product demonstrations and recommendations for customs orders)

Merchandise and present bags in a visually appealing and organized manner

Achieve sales targets.

Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Collaborate with other sales associates and departments.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales for high luxury leather goods

- Proven experience in marketing and communications roles within the luxury goods industry, preferably in leather goods or high-end fashion.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously, while also collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and French, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.

- A passion for luxury branding and a deep understanding of the target audience's preferences and aspirations.
