VIP Onsite Technician

Location: London

Salary: £30,000 per annum (basic) + £2,000 per annum (variable performance based)

Working hours: Mon Fri, 40 hours per week (available to work outside core hours)

Holidays:21 days holidays (increasing to 23 days after 1 years service) plus bank holidays

The VIP Onsite Technician will be responsible for providing their technical expertise and support across the organisation. They will also be responsible for implementing the required standards and procedures.

Role Description

• Proximity support expert (computers, printers, onboarding / offboarding , inventory management, licensing,)?

• Strong knowledge in meetings rooms and teams?

• Installation of IT equipment and devices (desktops, laptops, peripherals). Windows and IOS technologies.?

• Advanced knowledge of Windows 10 and 11 Professional, MAC OS, in enterprise environments?

• Knowledge of the most common third-party applications (Office, Adobe, Cloud, Advanced etc.), as well as enterprise applications.?

• Deploy migrations with updates according to new standards (Windows, O365, etc.) and global policies (xS)?

• Advanced knowledge on user / devices administration tool: active directory, Intune, O365 admin portal, exchange , Azure ...?

• Keep accurate and timely records within the incident monitoring system making sure that the end user receives feedback at all times on the progress of faults and changes?

• Understand the need to adapt your style to suit the end user, communicate in a clear and confident manner

Skills & Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in managing VPs.

• High resolution capacity for complex incidents.

• Strong communication skills.

• Highly organized and efficient.

• Time management skills.

• Initiative and ability to work in a team.

• Proactivity and autonomy.
