A highly reputable global corporation is currently recruiting a Digital Business Analyst who has experience working within a marketing department alongside a Product Owner within an AGILE scrum environment on a SEO related project. The chosen Digital BA, must have worked within a user focused, data driven, BDD marketing department to be successful for this post. Our client offers an excellent benefits package with a salary of up to £50,000 to £55,000 + 25% bonus located in London on a hybrid basis (2 day per week).

Role responsibilities:

• Improve product features and measure the impact of product features and experiments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across disciplines such as product, engineering, design, success, and support.
• Supports the PO as a contact for projects and other necessary communications.
• Provide CMS support to website users.
• Creates and update user stories.
• Improve product features and measure the impact of product features and experiments.
• Support the Program manager to help drive adoption and use of products.
• Creates release notes and change notes.
• Assist with communication and launch plan of developed and/or enhanced products.
• Complete department specific training plan to gain exposure, knowledge and build relationships.
• You will be an excellent communicator able to engage with stakeholders providing updates on improvements to our website.

Core skill set:

• Exposure to retail or fashion industry
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Experience in the Agile development process.
• Strong knowledge of BDD user stories, acceptance criteria.
• Approximately 3 years relevant work experience.
• Some knowledge of SEO principles.
• Experience using website content management systems.
• Data literate, able to determine and track KPIs, track and analyse website traffic, produce, and present reports making recommendations as a result of analysis.

Package:

• £50,000 circa
• 25% bonus package
