What you'll be doing

Working across all our housing stock. As part of the Property Safety Team your role will be to ensure that our properties are well maintained and safe. In order to achieve this, you will be carrying out servicing, testing and remedial of:

  • Electrical installations, domestic and communal
  • Portable appliances

You will also be expected to work with other electrical teams across the business to ensure continuity of service.

More about you

We are looking for a fully qualified electrician to join our growing Property Safety team. You must have experience of delivering high quality testing, inspecting and servicing of electrical installation and repairs to domestic dwellings. You will also need to be conversant in relevant, current British Standard, approved codes of practice and in particular - installation & testing methods to BS 7671:2018 and A2:2022.

We are looking for technically skilled individuals who have the capacity to work autonomously or as part of a team. You must possess first-rate communication skills and have the drive and tenacity needed to ensure servicing and repairs are carried out to a high standard, and whenever possible, at the first visit.
