Do you have customer service experience from an agricultural or automotive background looking to join a leading UK supplier where you will become a go-to expert within your field and play a pivotal role in contributing to the company's growth.

On offer is a days-based role, with plenty of autonomy, where you will be working on a varied range of products, all whilst having a clear scope of progression within the business.

This company are an UK leading Agricultural company who are built to last. They have a great reputation for the work they complete and how they look after their staff. Due to continuous growth, they are looking to expand their workforce.

In this varied role, you will be responsible for overseeing all customer and spare part requirements. You will receive manufacturers training allowing you to become a go-to expert.

This would therefore suit someone from an agricultural or automotive background looking to become a technical expert with a rapidly growing business.

The Role:

• Become the go to technical expert.
• Identifying customer spare parts requirements In-store and over the phone.
• Training & progression.

The Person:

• Agricultural / Automotive / Heavy Engineering background.
• Customer service experience.
• Commutable to Chelmsford.
