Role Overview:
As a Bathroom Designer, you will be responsible for creating bespoke bathroom designs for our customers, primarily trade professionals. You will use your extensive experience in bathroom design, ideally gained in a trade environment, to understand customer needs and deliver innovative, practical solutions. Your role will also include sales, as you will be responsible for selling the bathroom design you create. All sales and enquiries are inbound, allowing you to focus on delivering exceptional service and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet with customers to understand their bathroom design requirements and preferences.
• Create custom bathroom designs that are both functional and aesthetically pleasing.
• Present design concepts to customers and make adjustments based on their feedback.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Handle inbound sales enquiries and convert them into completed sales.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing expert advice and support throughout the design and sales process.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products needed for your designs.
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of bathroom products, trends, and design techniques.

Ideal Candidate:

• Extensive experience in bathroom design, ideally within a trade or wholesale environment.
• Strong sales skills with the ability to close deals and drive revenue.
• Excellent customer service skills with a solution-oriented approach.
• Self-motivated and able to manage several projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of plumbing products and the needs of trade professionals is a plus.
• Proficiency in design software and tools is desirable.
