Senior Support Worker Blaen Y Waun -Carmarthenshire- £12.50 to £13.75 per hour dependent on qualifications and experience - Full time 45.5 Hours per week - Maternity Cover

A day in the life of a Senior Support Worker with Priority Childcare involves:
- Act as shift leader
- Assist in ensuringservice standards are maintained.
- Participating in the on-call rota.
- Assist in reporting and evidence gathering activities.
- Work in partnership with internal and external stakeholders.
- Participate in assessment, development and review of support and care plans.
- Promote and celebrate homes achievements.
- Experience in a support environment.
- Driving License
- QCF level 3 qualified or working towards
- Knowledge of statutory regulations.
- Lead by example and always act as a positive role model.
- Upload company policies and standards.
- Able to understand and adhere to relevant safeguarding.
- Good awareness of conducting Health and Safety risk assessments.
