Electrician

Our client is one of the largest property maintenance companies nationwide. Due to winning additional contracts, they now require maintenance electricians to work within the social housing sector. This really is an excellent opportunity to secure a position within a fast-growing reputable company, where their priority is internal progression.

This is a temp to perm role, where you will be offered permanent contract after 12 weeks work.

Responsibilities for this Electrician will include:

• Repairing and replacing electrical fittings
• Diagnosing and rectifying electrical faults
• Carrying out duties in line with the companies policies

What we are looking for in our ideal Electrician:

• Must have served a recognised Apprenticeship and qualification (NVQ L3).
• Competent in all aspects of electrical discipline, have testing/ completing certification experience, owning a full set of tools and will ideally have experience of working within a social housing environment.
• Qualifications to achieve an ECS Gold Card are essential (graded at Installation/ Maintenance Level).
• A testing qualification is desirable.
• Driving Licence essential!
