Shift Maintenance Engineer

A great opportunity for a Shift Maintenance Engineer to join a leading building services on one of their flagship contracts in Canary Wharf. Working for a market leader in building services maintenance, this offers the successful shift engineer a great chance to work on a prestigious site as part of a stable maintenance team, with all the opportunities of personal training and development.

Duties

• PPMs & Reactive maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems
• Single and Three Phase Power, Motors, Generators (on/off load tests), UPS, LV/HV switching, Shutdowns, Emergency Lighting, Fire Alarm Test, AHUs, FCUs, VAVs, CRAC units, Sprinkler Systems, Pumps BMS Operation
• Organising and escorting subcontractors
• Ensuring logbooks are kept up to date
• producing RAMS
• Assisting the Authorised person with shutdowns
• Training to become on-site authorised person

Requirements

• City & Guilds / NVQ (or equivalent) qualification in Electrical Installations
• 17th/18th Edition
• Career driven and motivated
• Client facing
