Site Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Conduct site surveys, manage setting out, leveling, and ensure accuracy of all construction works.
• Coordinate and collaborate with contractors, subcontractors, and design teams to resolve technical issues and ensure efficient work processes.
• Monitor progress and prepare daily reports on site activities, ensuring health & safety standards are met.
• Liaise with the project manager to track project milestones and deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant environmental and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• Proven experience as a Site Engineer, ideally within large-scale water or infrastructure projects.
• Excellent understanding of water infrastructure construction processes, drainage systems, and civil engineering techniques are essential
• Proficient in the use of surveying and setting-out equipment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams on-site.
• Thorough knowledge of health & safety regulations.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• CSCS card and SMSTS/SSSTS certification desirable.
