Are you an AV Engineer with Control4 experience looking for Field Support / Aftercare role in a cutting-edge SMART Home Automation Company, where you will be given a direct progression pathway into Management and beyond?

This is an opportunity to join a growing SME where you'll spend 90% of your time in the field, carrying out a mix of reactive and proactive visits, troubleshooting, and supporting advanced AV and smart home systems.

This is an exciting role for an engineer who enjoys working independently as well as in a group, solving complex technical problems, and delivering excellent customer service on-site. You will be part of a dynamic team, working with prestigious clients and troubleshooting issues with the latest smart home and AV technologies across London.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Strong understanding of Audio Visual systems and IT networking.
• Experience with Control4, Crestron, or similar systems is essential.
• Comfortable with troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving technical issues independently.
• Motivated by career progression and continuous learning.
• Enjoys working in a client-facing role, providing high-quality service and technical support.

The Role Includes:

• Providing both proactive and reactive on-site support for AV and smart home systems.
• Troubleshooting and resolving network and system issues.
• Performing maintenance, system updates, and component replacements where necessary.
• Working independently in the field to service high-end residential properties across London.
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless project completion.
