We're looking for a business-minded Key Account Manager to head up our business in South- and West Europe including all French speaking markets. We are looking for someone who understands business dynamics, values customers and is motivated to constantly drive and secure sales growth initiatives. As our Key Account Manager, your mission is to ensure that our customers are satisfied while growing our business with robust profitability. This position is a blend of sales and customer negotiations, business planning and collaboration across our organization. You'll play a vital part in our Sales and Marketing team and report directly to our CEO.

In this dynamic role, you will:

  • Focus on sales and expansion activities, marketing, and customer service, cultivating robust relationships with both new and existing customers.
  • Lead the development of key accounts in South and West Europe including all French speaking markets with a prioritized focus on France and Bennelux, ensuring consistent improvement in KPIs, sales growth, profitability, and highest customer satisfaction.
  • Identify new customers and revenue opportunities for Grimsholm’s product line.
  • Introduce new products.
  • Stay attuned to customer and market trends, offering insights to help maximize growth.
  • Manage customer documentation and administrative tasks in cooperation with customer service and support team.


You should:

  • Be fluent in both French and English (other European langue’s skills are welcome).
  • Possess a relevant education in Sales, Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Have at least 3-5 years of experience from Retail/DIY business in French speaking markets.
  • Be adept at generating fresh ideas and contributing to our business's growth.
  • Radiate friendliness and excel in cultivating trust, both in person and over the phone.
  • Be motivated to achieve high goals and have an innate understanding of business mechanics.
  • Feel comfortable navigating computers and technology.
  • Be able to travel in Europe on a regular basis.
