Job Description

The Head of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) will oversee and direct the financial planning, forecasting, and analysis efforts within the organization. This key leadership role is essential for delivering strategic insights and recommendations to senior management, ensuring the financial well-being of the company, and driving the accomplishment of our financial objectives. The successful candidate will lead a team of financial analysts and collaborate closely with various departments to support informed decision-making, optimize financial performance, and implement industry-leading practices in financial planning and analysis. This position reports to the Group CFO.


Your Tasks

  • In a global function you are in charge of the FP&A team at group level.
  • Lead the development of the annual budget, long-term financial plans, and periodic forecasts.
  • Provide strategic analysis and financial modelling to support business initiatives.
  • Present financial reports, insights, and recommendations to the executive leadership team.
  • Monitor and report on financial performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying risks and opportunities.
  • Manage, mentor, and develop a team of financial analysts, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
  • Ensure the team’s deliverables are accurate, timely, and aligned with business needs.
  • Drive the adoption of advanced financial tools, systems, and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.


Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
  • At least 5 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Good knowledge of IFRS and consolidation rules, with a strong IT affinity for SAP BFC.
  • Motivated, with high analytical and conceptual skills, and a strong desire to understand business processes and financial circumstances.
  • Persistence, tenacity, a structured & result-oriented working style, and a high level of personal responsibility.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with people of various nationalities and across different levels of hierarchy.
  • Fluent in English and French. Any other language is an asset. Working language is English.
  • Prepared to travel.
