VACANT POSITION: Senior Designer (freelance)

LOCATION: Paris Office (hybrid)

Position Overview: We are seeking a talented Senior Designer to join our team. You will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating high-quality visual designs for a variety of purposes, including art-based projects, logo design, and brand identity development.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop creative concepts and design solutions that align with project goals and objectives.
• Produce visual assets for various platforms including digital, print, and multimedia.
• Design distinctive logos that reflect clients' brand identities and values.
• Develop comprehensive brand identity systems including color palettes, typography, and visual elements.
• Create artistic and visually appealing designs that convey emotions, messages, or stories.
• Use artistic techniques and creative flair to enhance the visual impact of designs.
• Collaborate with clients, marketers, and other team members to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Present design concepts and ideas to stakeholders, and incorporate feedback into final designs.
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Ensure all designs meet high standards of visual excellence and brand consistency.
• Conduct quality assurance checks on final deliverables to ensure accuracy and alignment with project requirements.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience as an Art leader or similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing art-based designs, logos, and brand identity projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Have 5+years of experience with art directing integrated marketing campaigns, retail and branded design projects and experiences
• Have led teams in the creation and launch of highly-successful integrated marketing campaigns across multiple media touchpoints
• Highly collaborative and cross-functional leader

Additional Skills & Experience (Preferred):

• Familiarity with branding strategies and marketing concepts.
• Experience working with a global brand or fashion brand.
• Experience with motion graphics or video editing software.
