An excellent opportunity has arisen for a talented Hotel General Manager who understands the lifestyle, hybrid, and new generation concepts of hotels to join this great property in Paris.

We are looking for an experienced hotelier with fresh ideas and the ambition to make this establishment a success story.

You will manage the continued profitability of your establishment, ensuring revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met and exceeded while developing the team.

Required profile:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a General Manager in a 3* or 4* lifestyle hotel, hybrid, new generation & full-service (200 rooms min)
• Holder of a higher education degree in business or hospitality (Baccalauréat +2 or +3)
• An individual who is passionate about hospitality with a hands-on approach, dynamic with a lot of personality and entrepreneurial spirit
• Experience in overseeing hotel refurbishments
• Full understanding of operations (including accommodation, F&B, events, etc…)
• Strategic management of finances/revenue management with a strong business sense
• Full experience in P&L and managing budgets, revenue proposals, and forecast results in a property of similar size
• Actively seeking opportunities and ways to maximise revenue and develop services offered
• Creative and capable of generating new ideas to continuously improve the property’s and group’s offering
• Personally committed to hospitality, customer service, and quality
• Knowledge of hotel operation laws and regulations in France
• Bilingual proficiency in French and English (both spoken and written)
