Project Freight Forwarder

Position: Shipping / Project Forwarder

Location: Leeds

Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30-17:00

Salary: Negotiable

We are currently recruiting for an experienced shipping / freight forwarding professional to join our project cargo team.

Required Skills / Experience:

• Strong communication skills and ability to communicate effectively with customers, both internally and externally
• Excellent organisational and time management with a strong attention to detail.
• Candidates with experience handling all shipping documentation such as bills of lading, air waybills and completing all Customs documentation ready for clearances.
• Candidates must be commercially minded and have good problem-solving skills, excellent customer service skills and the ability to work under pressure.

We are looking to speak with candidates who have a proven track record working in the industry. Experience in Break Bulk, OOG (Out Of Gauge) or project cargo would be desirable but not essential.
