Job Description

Reporting to the EVP, Client Management, as a Client Manager, you will be an integral central team member on our biggest Retail Performance account, a renowned British brand. Jellyfish supports clients across Media, Creative, Data and Technology, often in the same engagement, so it’s a huge opportunity to learn and be exposed to this breadth and depth.

You will be an integral part of the Client Management community, and contribute to our global network of talented individuals who are dedicated to inspiring clients, partners, and each other through exceptional client management.

We are seeking someone who is operationally excellent; can support in bringing the best of Jellyfish capabilities to delivering on client business objectives, demonstrate how our work aligns with those objectives and bring the best of our thinking and capabilities to tackle these challenges.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Clearly communicate client business objectives, demonstrate how our work contributes to achieving those objectives, and identify areas for enhancement.
  • Possess a strong understanding of our everyday Fundamental Tools, and their impact on the Jellyfish business, implementing changes that improve efficiency and overall success. Examples include: meeting agendas and contact reports, task management, effective communication and organization.
  • Provide support on key accounts, in partnership with Client Partner + EVP overseeing the business
  • Support in development of internal briefings and management of delivery vs. client expectations, collaborating with Capabilities to accomplish the objectives outlined in the brief. Your job will be to make sure work is being done on time, to standard, supporting the overall account goals as set out by the Client Partner/EVP
  • Operational excellence in day-to-day management of the account is critical in collaboration with Project Management (meetings, agendas, notes, deliverables, Financials etc)
  • Focus on developing leadership skills to enhance team performance.

Qualifications

  • Must have around 2+ years of experience working with paid media
  • Passionate about fostering client success and building lasting partnerships.
  • Possess a strong drive for continuous improvement.
  • You love getting to know your clients, developing long-lasting relationships and adding value to their business.
  • You are great at collaborating with team members to achieve common goals, valuing and respecting diverse contributions.
  • You embrace challenges as opportunities and seek feedback to enhance your skills.
