We embrace a remote-friendly culture, giving you the flexibility to choose where you work best. Whether it's from our amazing HQ in Sheffield, remote or something in-between, believe that your best work happens when you have the freedom to create your ideal workspace.

Our Unparalleled Evolution:

We are purpose-driven, helping support educators across the world with high quality educational resources. Born in a Sheffield bedroom, we've grown into a global powerhouse with over 1500 employees in 13 short years and are now the UK's digital education giant and a global leader in our field - testament to our commitment to fostering a workplace where everyone thrives. Now, backed by strategic investment, we're evolving our ways of working to further explore exciting and innovative avenues to support the global teaching community, and sustainably support us through our ambitious growth plans.

We have a long-term vision to create a world-class data function, playing an instrumental role in key business decisions, introducing new tools and concepts and elevating the business to a higher standard of Data Literacy.

As a Product Analyst with a track record of using data to improve growth and funnel strategies, you will be a pivotal part of our dynamic Team of 20+ data professionals, helping to unlock the full potential of our extensive datasets.

Here's a glimpse at what you'll be doing:

  • As a Product Analyst, you will play a fundamental role in supporting product roadmap through data-driven insights. You will collaborate closely with product teams to understand their objectives, analyse user behaviour, and identify opportunities for improvement. Your expertise in data analysis and visualisation will enable you to uncover hidden patterns, measure product performance, and make data-informed recommendations.

Here are just some of our Growth data projects you will be working on:

  • Build strong relationships with growth and customer product teams to understand business objectives and translate them into areas to analyse and deep dive into
  • Provide deep insights and recommendations to influence the product roadmap, driving innovation and growth
  • Identify and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop strategies to improve them through data-driven experimentation and optimisation
  • Collaborate with product teams to conceptualise, test and launch new products and features based on data-driven opportunities
  • Analyse A/B, MVT tests to assess the impact of new features, content and marketing campaigns on user acquisition, engagement and retention
  • Collaborate effectively with BI/Data team members to ensure data quality and accuracy, providing clear requirements and feedback on data collection processes
  • Troubleshoot basic tracking issues independently and escalate complex problems to implementation specialists
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in GCP, digital marketing tools and the subscription-based business model

But that's not all! Here at Twinkl, you'll also:

  • Lead the way with ownership, innovation, and a passion for making a difference
  • Go above and beyond, putting people first and exceeding expectations (because that's just how we roll)
  • Do the right thing, always, with trust, understanding, and transparency as your guiding lights
  • Be lovely – positivity, humility, and inclusivity are our superpowers!

What you can expect from us:

  • An environment that is supportive, and encourages innovation: Grow your expertise and explore new techniques and concepts!
  • Support for Growth and Development: Access in-house training sessions, covering key technical and soft skills
  • Collaboration and Encouragement as part of a team: Be part of Data Team Friday; a weekly data team get together to support learning and collaboration
